This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Getting married in April and found them about a year ago when i wanted to make changes not only to my body, but my overall health. Nick and his team have been fantastic, from communication to ease of use to overall results. I am down a ton of weight, have the energy and motivation to work out again as well as optimize my health. They take the time to work with me on my specific goals, and use benchmark analysis to track my progress which is important not only for the continued motivation but to tinker with areas i can improve and am already maximizing which cuts down my need to "figure it out" on my own. Not sure i could have done it without them and plan to continue to use their products and services in the future as I feel about as good as I can remember in my adult life. I'd give 6 stars if I could, and i'm typically a pretty tough grader. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kocka for approximately 10 years. I made the mistake of seeing a different physician because of proximity to my home, and it didn't take long to realize I had made a mistake. The level of service and expertise that Doc, Amy and Riley provide is far superior to any doctor or office that I have ever experienced. Dr. Kocka is so passionate about learning and researching current studies and treatments and I always feel very confident that my detailed program is specific to what is best for me. I came to Advanced Age Management in late May last year on the advice of one of my doctors because my testosterone level was 193. I was diagnosed with multiple system atrophy in September 2019. It is a very rare neurological disorder and is a terminal illness. I went through hell for 3 years and my body was shutting down. I found meditation and it saved my life but I was still struggling with a lot of things until I came to this place and the last 6 months have been nothing short of a miracle. I am going to live a long life now and I can't recommend this place enough to everyone!

I started my life changing overhaul September 11th 23’ and started hitting road blocks and plateaus. I then started with AAM soon after with lower than normal Testosterone levels and it has been all uphill from there. As of September 11th 24’ I am now down 115lbs from 380 to 265. I couldn’t have done it without the motivation and drive I have received from this program. I am mentally and physically a completely new person. This program has changed my focus and drive to another level from the mental clarity to vocabulary retention. The physical aspects have been a bonus, I now train BJJ as well as lift weights 4 days a week and cardio 3 days a week with minimal recovery and the ability to go hard every rep every day. From the day I walked in and started with Nick he made it clear that AAM will get me on the right track and they have done just that. Nick is an outstanding guy to work with and by all means see for yourself.

Nick and Troy have been such a great help. I went to them because I was trying to recover from two hip surgeries and it was not going as planned. They drew blood and put me on a plan to fit what my blood was telling them. Both are very knowledgeable and responsive. I'm now quickly recovering!

This place is the best. First time I went I literally could not stand up strait from back pain and I had no insurance. After an xray Troy showed me the things that made my back hurt. He told me about the things we could do and expectations. I told him i had no insurance. He told me that no insurance was not a problem and offered me several affordable options, he laid out a plan of care for me and at the end of my care I was more informed about myself and felt great. The staff is awesome and make you feel at home. I'm now going to them for there Advanced Age Management Program and they are making it affordable for me.

I am extremely pleased with Troy & Nick @ Advanced Age Management. My initial visit was very informative and they make you very comfortable with sensitive topics. Also, they are not aggressive , after extensive blood tests they give recommendations for treatment based on your needs and leave the decision up to you. The test included many markers which are precursors to major issues with your vital organs, ruling out underlying issues causing your symptoms. They will continue to monitor your wellness levels throughout your treatment and advise of ways to improve your quality of life. I started my relationship with Advanced Age Management by bringing my 91 year old mother in law here for treatment for a bad hip. Troy and his staff were very professional and was able to help her with her pain. I have looked into several places in the past to help with weight loss and overall fatigue. I've been on the program for a couple months now, and wow, what a difference! It's so nice to no longer feel the need to take a nap every day when I get home from work. My mental clarity is improving daily as well. My wife has seen such an improvement in me she just started a program specifically for women as well. The staff here is fantastic.
